Sirjan / Afshar
This carpet is hand knotted by villagers, who were former nomads in the south of Persia. The carpet often has a geometrical pattern with red and blue colors. The Afshar carpet is thought to be the best examples of nomadic art among carpets, with their primitive and majestic beauty.
