Sales contract and formalization of the contract
The contract will only be formalized when we have received full payment for the order.
Prices and discounts
All prices that appear on the Dicarpet.com website include VAT. Including shipping costs. For shipments destined for countries that are outside the European Union, it will have an additional shipping cost that the customer will be responsible for such expense and customs in case of importation.
Dicarpet GmbH reserves the right to modify prices in accordance with eventual fluctuations in currency exchange rates or changes in value on the world carpet market.
Dicarpet GmbH reserves the right to cancel the order if the order is defective or is not suitable for delivery to the customer. In this case, the company is responsible for reimbursing the total amount paid and received from the buyer.
As a guarantee that you are satisfied with the purchase of your carpet or Dicarpet product, we offer a money back guarantee. The customer has 30 days from the date of receiving the carpet and has the right to request the return of the product and claim the amount paid.
The money will be returned once the carpet or the product has arrived at the Dicarpet facilities and once it has been reviewed, without alterations and without having been used, a refund of the amount will be ordered.
To avoid damage in transit, be sure to pack the mat in the same way it was delivered to you.
If you wish to return your carpet, please first contact our customer service team for further instructions and assistance. To contact you can send us an email to [email protected] It is your responsibility that the carpet is returned to our warehouse without any damage.
In the event that a carpet is returned without a carpet label issued by Dicarpet.com, the customer will be responsible for paying all expenses incurred, such as shipping costs and any other additional import charges or records.
In the event that a carpet is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, the return will not be accepted and the customer will be notified and asked if he wants the carpet to be returned at his expense.
Certificate of authenticity
All rugs have a certificate of origin and quality. All rugs will be shipped with a certificate of authenticity. In case you receive the carpet without the certificate, you can let us know and we will send you the letter of said carpet again.
All rugs are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of delivery. The guarantee is only applicable if the carpet has been exclusively subjected to regular domestic use. In the event of a warranty claim where the carpet is deemed to have been used properly such as external damage, stains, pets, misuse or chemicals, the customer will be responsible for paying the costs of any repairs.
Our professional team will examine the carpet and determine the cause of the damage. The customer will pay all shipping costs in case of warranty or repair service.
Damages or errors in delivery
In case there is a problem with your order at the time of delivery, contact us at customer service, or by sending an email to [email protected] The error must be reported up to a maximum of 24 hours after delivery.
If the outer packaging shows very noticeable damage upon delivery, do not open the package. Document the damage with photos and report it directly to the UPS company.
At the time of placing an order or registering on our website, we will ask you to provide some personal data, such data will be stored in relation to your order. The information stored is necessary to complete the handling of your order and to be able to offer you a better service.
Dicarpet GmbH will never share any personal information with a third party unless it is necessary for our delivery and payment partners. In accordance with the law on the protection of personal data, you can obtain an extract of all the information that we have stored about you and you can request the deletion of such data.
